When I worked in customer service, I was the sweetest thing on the face of the planet. Only once did I ever break character and it was literally because some cheap asswipe decided to accuse me of not caring about his cheap ass woes and that’s when I decided to quite literally stop caring.  Like, I did before, I just didn’t make the rules.  Now I don’t care, sir. I smiled at him, but it was so fake and I could tell he hated my guts.
